Host terms

These terms apply when you host a shopping party on a store that uses Soira, an app made by Packsaddle Software, LLC. The store sets the rewards and issues them; Soira runs the party for the store.

Hosting

• You must be 18 or older to host.
• You can host one party at a time, and start a new one 30 days after your last party ends.
• Your party counts orders from your guests placed through your party link while the party is open, and orders from that time the store adds to your party. Your own orders never count.
• Orders that look like your own (for example, the same address, phone or email as yours) count only if the store approves them.
• Gift cards bought during your party don't count toward it. Orders paid with a gift card count normally. The store may also leave out some other products; the sign-up page lists them.
• You or the store can cancel your party until a guest orders; a cancelled party earns no reward. After a guest orders, you or the store can end it early instead, and your guests' orders so far still earn your reward.

Rewards

• Your reward depends only on your own party's guest sales, counted 14 days after it ends so returns are taken out. The store may cap the store credit one party can earn, and how much each half-price code takes off; if it does, the sign-up page and your dashboard show the limits. If the store offers a booking bonus: when a friend books a party from yours within 30 days and it reaches the store's minimum, you get an extra half-price code, up to the limit shown on your dashboard. It's never a share of their sales.
• Rewards are store credit or single-use codes for the store that ran your party. They have no cash value. Reward codes expire 30 days after your party ends.
• Rewards may be taxable for you, depending on where you live.
• The store may change its reward levels for future parties; a party keeps the levels it started with.

Sharing

Share your link with people you know, from your own phone or accounts. When you share, say that you earn rewards from the party; the ready-made share messages already do.

Your data

We keep your first name, email and the store's customer ID for you, so your reward reaches you. Your guests' orders stay private: you see your party total and the first names of guests who join your guest list. See the privacy policy.
